The golden age of Dragon Ball fighting games was 16-bit consoles, and they did not have the same success now that they made the leap to 3D on more modern consoles. However, Hyper Dragon Ball Z is designed for those who are nostalgic of this era.
Unlike other free games, this game does not borrow its commercial video game graphics. Rather, the creators of the game recreated the early graphics to give them the appearance of the famous game graphics like Capcom of the '90s.
The game was developed using the MUGEN engine and it is putconstantly updating. It has Dragon Ball Z characters, and now the following characters are available: Goku, Goku Super Saiyajin, Vegeta, Mr. Satan and the Saibaman. Each of them has special movements that have been taken directly from the manga cartoon.
Like the scenes, all the music is completely original. Even though the game has been in development for a number of years, the high quality of every aspect of the game is surprising every time a new version comes out.Technical informations
